MCPaintball Group Rates include:
Rental Equipment for each player
Unlimited Air Refills &
500 Paintball for each player
Your Group Tables will be reserved & waiting for you.
Decide on a date for your game and call the Meramec
Challenge Paintball office or register online to find out the availability.
Talk with the members of your group to secure
their commitment to the date. And suggest they check out our
Safety Rules.
We collect a $100 deposit on all private
parties. This deposit is used to secure your date, time, and equipment.
Please use the Group Reservation Form to submit your deposit. The deposit
is refunded provided your group shows.
COLLECT THE DEPOSIT MONEY IN ADVANCE FROM ALL
PLAYERS. The biggest problem encountered by group organizers is collecting
money from the players. As the organizer you should make sure that your
players understand that the deposit is nonrefundable. If you should
decide to buy paint in bulk you may also want to collect that money
in advance.
Now that you've booked your game, distribute
copies of the Waiver to each player.

Parties & Field Equipment
Must Use Field Paintballs***
Meramec Challenge offers both Walk-on and Private
Game formats.
. These
games are for the general public. They are set for players who just show
up to play paintball with whomever is there that day.
No Walk-ons. Your groups' players only! Private
Games have a minimum amount of players. Having a Private group guarantees
your equipment, day of play and a private referee for your separate rotation
through our playing fields. No other players or groups will play with
you. You get your own picnic tables.

Parties & Field Equipment Must Use Field Paintballs***
Each player will be required to sign a waiver of
release prior to playing.
Parent consent forms are on the release form page.
This means they will have to fill it out each time day they play. This
is downloadable from our forms page. Waivers
are also available at the park. Equipment will not be issued until waivers
have been completed. You should allow approximately 20 minutes for sign-in
at the park. Late arrivals will delay your start time and reduce the amount
of game time for the group.
*Bachelor Parties!
You only get one bachelor party! Make it the BEST, most alternative party
ever! The East Side scene is so overdone ... it annoys your lady, and
gets your marriage off on the wrong note. Tell your best man that you'd
rather get together with the guys and Play Paintball! All you have to
do is ask your best man to pick a date, tell your friends, then call us
at 314-849-7771 and make a reservation. Come on, it's your bachelor party
... let your best friends "light you up", stay sober, and actually
remember the fun you had! Groom Plays FREE!!! Plus, the groom will receive
a white t shirt, making him an easy target all day!!
